  • Barbell bench press 3 sets 26-24-22
  • Dumbell bench pressing 3 sets 26-24-22 reps
  • Dumble flying 3 sets 26-24-22 reps
  • Butterfly or Machine fly  3 sets 26-24-22 reps
  • Inclined barbell bench press 2 sets 20-18-16 reps
  • Inclined dumbell pressing  2 sets 20-18-16 reps
  • Inclined dumble flying 2 sets 20-18-16 reps
