During all this PM Nawaz Sharif Visit China where he signed about eight Economic MOU's with Chinese officials and the main part of these MOU's were the Gawadar Kawshgar highway that will going to change the whole secnario in Southasia as far the trade is concerened, the second was the operational launching of Gawader Port with the help of Chinese government.
When India saw that Gawader port is now operational and with that pakistan is going to generate a huge amount of revenue.
India was eyeing on Chabahar port which is situated along makran coast in Iran but before india took any furthur step Chinese government gave a grant of about 2.2trillion dollars to Iran's government for that port and sign an agreement with Iran that after developing this port Chinese will take over this port for their trade and will give a handsome amount in the profit.
chabahar is an important Iranian port along with Makran coasts offers Iran easy acess to the Indian Ocean and it is closer to India than the existing Bandar Abbas port of iran. By giving this to China India feels that China threats India around two sides of south asia the gawader port and Chabahar port.
On the Other side United States of America was shocked to see the growing relationship between Pakistan and China and after PM pakistan visits to china the trade ratio between Pakistan and China will increase from 8billions to 18billion dollar yearly.
China is also going to help Pakistan in economic and energy sector by providing free grant in these sectors.
